The Tournament

After a thrilling first year tournament with lots of excitement and entertainment, the tour returns again in 2009 between 10 - 13 September 2009, so make sure you are registered to receive full details and don't miss out.

For those new to beach volleyball take a quick look at our Gallery to see some of this year's action and the top players from across Europe. Beach volleyball is as much about music and entertainment as top sportnig action, so you don't need to know the rules or be an expert to have a great time.

A centre court with 2,000 seat grandstand will be again be built on the promenade with 5 additional courts for qualifying matches. There will also be lots of opportunity to try out beach volleyball yourself during Volley on the Prom the weekend before the main tournament.
