Channel 4 To Show Volleyball Highlights

Blackpool's English Master's international beach volleyball tournament will appear on British TV screens again when Channel 4 broadcasts two specially edited shows
 
Two half hour programmes featuring the men's and women's competitions will be shown during early morning time slots on  Sunday morning at 07:30 on November 30 and December 7.
 
The programmes follow live and recorded TV broadcasts across Europe, Africa and Asia plus five one hour programmes on Sky Sports channels.
 
Said Visit Blackpool events manager Claire Turner: "Blackpool's beach volleyball events are certainly putting the town and the North West region on the international map with world wide TV coverage. We are very pleased to have secured coverage in this country on digital and terrestrial channels. I will be using the 7:30 programmes as my morning alarm call!"
 
Plans are already in hand to stage a second English Masters on St Chads Headland, 10 – 13 September next year.
